Ever dreamed of hanging out in Carrie Bradshaw’s Sex And The City apartment? And Just Like That… you can!

From the steps of the brownstone building to the meticulously stacked knitwear in the oven and “I’m sorry I can’t” post-it note, every detail of Carrie Bradshaw’s Manhattan apartment has been painstakingly replicated in London to celebrate the arrival of Sex And The City on Blu-ray this week and the launch of And Just Like That… which is streaming on Sky Comedy and Now from this Thursday.

While OG fans are dying to know how Samantha Jones was written out of And Just Like That… (who will bring sex to the city without her?) and which of Carrie’s handbags have made it into the reboot (she’s a sustainable style icon now), we’re also reminiscing about the perfectly bijou apartment Carrie lived in for all six series of the original show. It was so freaking chic. From the duck egg blue walls to the ice bucket on her coffee table, Carrie’s taste in interiors was even better than her outfits and definitely better than her taste in men.

And now, while the immersive version of Carrie’s apartment pops up in London for just two days, you could take a seat on her (mid-century modern) chaise longue, nose through her kitchen cupboards (the reminder on the fridge says ‘more cranberry juice’) or flick through her archive of magazines. Who hasn’t dreamed about having a sneaky try-on of Carrie’s shoe collection or typing at her laptop, wistfully gazing out the window while you “couldn’t help but wonder?”

We’ll be waiting with bated breath for the first views of And Just Like That… (and a first look at the interiors in the show, now the characters have reached their fifties…) but in the meantime you’ll find us busy with a cosmopolitan, the originals on Blu-ray. And some paint charts.
