EXCLUSIVE: ‘I was scared what Sheezan Khan might do to himself,’ shares Falaq Naazz on her brother’s time in jail during Tunisha Sharma’s suicide case

Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestant, Falaq Naazz is the most recent eviction from the house. Known to be a popular face in the television industry, Falaq left a lasting impression in the heart of her viewers during her time in the Bigg Boss house. The actress has now faced the wrath of eviction but she has taken it with a smile. For the unversed, Falaq Naazz is the sister of Sheezan Khan.

Sheezan’s name got dragged in the media after his Ali Baba co-star and girlfriend died by suicide. He even had to spend time in jail for that as he was termed a suspect in the case. As we cornered her for an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, the actress opened up about the struggles of facing a media trial during the whole issue and fearing for brother Sheezan’s life.

Actor Sheezan Khan was accused of being the cause of Late girlfriend Tunisha Sharma’s suicide. He was in jail for more than 70 days. Talking about how the family was constantly prey to online trolls, Falaq Naazz shared her struggles during the social media trial.

She said, “Social media ek aisi jagah hai jaha apko log bolke chale jayenge free mai fund mai, lekin woh log yeh realize nahi karte ki apke ke message se, apke ek comment se, apke ek single word se koi kitna tut sakta hai life mai ki shayad woh suicide karne pe majboor ho jaye. Ki aap jeene nahi de rahe ho, toh kya uss suicide ka aap responsibility loge apne upar? (Social media is a kind of place where people just say things without realising the effect. Their single message, comment, and single word can instigate people to die by suicide. They are not letting people live, so will they take the responsibility for it?).”

She further added, “Mai yeh puch rahi hu ki likhne se pehle kisi ko defame karne se pehle ya demean karne se pehle aap woh responsibility le sakte ho apne upar? Kyuki aap bhi shamil ho uss chiz mai. (I am just asking before they defame and demean, are they ready to take responsibility? Because by doing all this even they are involved.).”

Falaq shares she feared for her brother Sheezan’s life

Further talking into the sensitive matter, Falaq Naazz opened up about being scared for her brother Sheezan Khan’s life. She said, “Bohot zyada darr laga. Itna laga ki raato ki neendein udhi hui thi humari aur mai soch bhi nahi sakti thi na hi mai bata sakti hu ki meri ya meri maa ki uss waqt mai kya halat thi. Ki khuda na kare ki uske sath kuch hojaye. (I used to get very scared. We used to be so scared that we couldn’t sleep at night, I can’t even explain what my mother was going through. We used to fear that he might end up doing something to himself).”

Sharing her feelings, the actress said, “Woh kya face kar raha hoga, ya bahar aane ke baad kya karega. Mai itni zyada possessive ho gayi thi ki mai samjh hi nahi paa rahi thi ki mai kaise bachau usse inn sab se. (What was Sheezan facing? or what will he do when he will be out of jail was uncertain. I became very possessive that I couldn’t understand how to save him).”

Falaq looks out for her brother Sheezan

Being the doting sister that Falaq is, she said, “But, sab ki life ki ek journey hoti hai and mujhe ek point ke baad realize hua ki sheezan ko yeh sab face karna hi padega aur yahi chize usse strong banayegi. Mai saath dungi uska, mai dhyaan dungi par mai rokungi nahi usko face karne se. Kyuki yeh sab maine bhi face kiya hai. Hum piche se face kare the abhi iski baari hai aur isko strong hona padega. (But, after a point I realized that everybody’s life has a journey and Sheezan will also have to face this and these are the parts which will make him strong. I will support him, and take care of him but I will never stop him from facing the issue. Because even we have faced it and he also has to learn to stay strong).”

During the whole matter, Falaq always stood strongly by Sheezan’s side. The actor eventually got out and even participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. Whereas Falaq went inside the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house. This sibling duo truly shows what standing for each other truly means.
