The festival of flavour kicks off on August 1, with the Heritage Wine Bar’s Winter Feast: Farm to Table Dinner, featuring top chefs from Arimia, Glenarty Road and Millbrook Winery.

Meanwhile, Varnish on King continues its 10th birthday celebrations with Whole Hog, a nose-to-tail long lunch using Franklin River pork on August 26, while Pirate Life Perth’s TOMA hosts a collaborative Japanese whisky dinner with the award-winning Tsukaya Restaurant on August 29.
