Australian Swifties are screaming for a tour down under as the first footage drops from Taylor Swift’s Era tour.

Swift kicked off her first tour in five years with a bang on March 17, performing a mega 44-track set list to a sold-out crowd in Arizona.

The pop and country superstar’s Eras Tour features songs from all 10 of her albums.

Swift opened with six tracks from the 2019 release Lover, before launching into classics like “You Belong With Me” and “Love Story” from Fearless (Taylor’s Version).

Fearless, which initially came out in 2008, was the first album Swift re-recorded and re-released in 2021 to regain ownership of her music.

OG fans were pleased Swift performed Tim McGraw from her fist album, saying “this tour is a rollercoaster in the best way possible.”

Swift has released four new albums since she last toured in 2018 — Lover, Folklore, Evermore and Midnights — making narrowing down the set list a difficult task with more than 200 songs in her catalogue.

The crowd of almost 70,000 at State Farm Stadium, where the Super Bowl was played last month, were treated to a two-hour show broken into segments by album.

The superstar belted out some of her most popular tunes from Evermore, Reputation, Red (Taylor’s Version) and 1989 and closed the concert with seven tracks from her latest album Midnights.

Another highlight was the performance of All Too Well the 10 Minute Version) from the Red album.

Swift also had a high-profile line-up of openers, including Hayley Williams, Phoebe Bridgers and Haim.

So far, only US shows have been announced for the Eras Tour, but international dates are expected to be revealed soon.

Australian fans have been eagerly awaiting Swift to announce a tour Down Under, with rumours circulating that she plans to visit in early 2024.
