Jennifer Lopez has made milky nails the coolest French mani alternative

Jennifer Lopez knows her way around a nail trend. Take the French mani for instance – the design has had countless remixes recently from micro widths to colourful tips. But JLo took the trend, then switched it up once again to create a cool new alternative to wear to her wedding.

Recently, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez celebrated their wedding for the second time. And while the dress and hair has already been talked extensively, her nails were simply stunning.

The singer opted for a very long and tapered shape, with her nail painted in a semi-transparent, almost white tone all over the top, so you could still see her white tips through it – like a Frenchie, with a milky top coat.

And, if you ask us, her milky nails are as perfect for everyday life as they are for gorgeous occasions, like a wedding. In fact, Jennifer’s taken the shade for a spin previously…

Tom Bachik, who created Jen’s long-time nail artist, who created her wedding day mani, has previously published pictures of the singer wearing a similar style. At the time he posted a photo of J.Lo’s freshly manicured fingers and predicted that there is “nothing more beautiful than a summer-fresh, pure white” on the nails.
