It’s worth noting that this doesn’t get him out unscathed, and in fact leaves him covered with surface wounds. The chapter ends with another of Gojo’s domain expansions, but condensing everything around it in a tiny sphere.

It’s tough to say exactly what will happen in the fight, especially with Shonen manga/anime tropes potentially disrupting an open and shut case assessment of how it should go.
