Katy Perry has posted a rare pic of her daughter Daisy

Katy Perry commemorated her birthday with a sweet family photo on Instagram. Well, a sweet family hand photo, that is.

The I Kissed A Girl singer, who turned 38 earlier this week, wrote, “Every time i blow a candle out i always wish for you. 38 and grateful ♥️????,” alongside a photo of her hand, her fiancé Orlando Bloom’s hand and their two-year-old daughter Daisy Dove’s hand in a little stack. So cute!

Bloom and Perry have chosen not to include their daughter in social media pictures or public appearances, so fans don’t see much of Daisy, but after thoroughly examining this picture of her hand, I can say with complete confidence: That’s a toddler’s hand. Way to have a hand, Daisy!

On the post, tons of Perry’s friends and collaborators wished her a happy birthday, including rapper Juicy J, designer Jeremy Scott, and socialite Derek Blasberg.

Though her personality still comes through, Perry uses her Instagram almost exclusively to promote work projects, like her Vegas residency, shoe line, American Idol gig, and red carpet looks. But she occasionally posts glimpses of her adventures, and tends to get heartfelt on birthdays. 

When Bloom celebrated one at the beginning of the year, she wrote, “Happiest 45th to the kindest, deepest, most soulful, sexy & strong man I know. thank you for being a constant compass, an unwavering anchor and bringing joi de vivre into every room you walk in. You are the love and light of my life. I thank my lucky stars for you and our darling dd ♥️♠️”

If you flip through that carousel, you’ll get another look at Daisy (well, at her existence). Katy Perry, her arms full with a napping child, can’t reach her dinner plate, so Bloom hand feeds her a burger. 

Good to know Daisy is going to grow up seeing what a real gentleman looks like.
