Brittney Griner’s first home game since her return from being imprisoned in Russia is a very special one.
The WNBA star made her home debut for the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday. Griner made her 2023 season debut on Friday night, on the road at Los Angeles.
Sunday afternoon, Griner made her home debut for Phoenix, taking on Chicago.
Naturally, she scored the first basket of the game.
