MasterChef judge Melissa Leong has once again taken to social media, sharing a sincere nod to recently passed celebrity chef Jock Zonfrillo.
The star shared a solemn Instagram story, in what looked to be a restaurant with an empty seat sat across from her.
She wrote, “Cheers to you”.
Zonfrillo’s death left fans and those in the industry reeling, with Leong posting a heartbreaking Instagram tribute to her long-time MasterChef colleague.
“I could never have guessed how much of an impact your arrival in my life would have, or that we would be saying goodbye to you so soon. You were always supposed to be the bulletproof one who outlived us all,” Leong wrote.
Other MasterChef judges have been left shell-shocked, with Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay expressing their heartbreak at the news.
“We had the best time working together for this year’s master chef, I can’t tell how good it was to work with him,” Jamie Oliver wrote.
“Saddened by the devastating news of Jock Zonfrillo’s passing. I truly enjoyed the time we spent together on MasterChef in Australia,” Gordon Ramsay wrote.
