‘Moon Knight’ Reportedly Releasing Earlier Than Expected

Release windows for Moon Knight and two more Marvel TV series have reportedly been revealed, although the House of Ideas has yet to officially tell us when we can expect the next crop of MCU movies to hit Disney Plus over the course of 2022.

While we wait for official news, we may have a hint about the news fans are itching to find out. According to That Hashtag Show, which has proven reliable many times in the past, Moon Knight will be the next MCU show to hit Disney’s streaming service. Specifically, we can apparently look forward to the Oscar Isaac vehicle debuting on March 30th. That’s still a fair few weeks away, but it’s earlier than we were previously led to believe. Plus, the good news is a trailer is said to be making its way online soon.

If the report proves to be true, after Moon Knight wraps, She-Hulk will then follow sometime in May. Tatiana Maslany stars as Jennifer Walters, the cousin of Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo will be reprising his role), in this meta-comedy series that will parody legal dramas. Finally, Ms. Marvel — featuring Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan, the MCU’s first Muslim superhero — is pegged to come after that in either August or September.

THS states, however, that She-Hulk is currently in the middle of reshoots, so, depending on how long they last, the release windows for that and Ms. Marvel could be switched. The outlet likewise stresses that Marvel’s schedule is evolving all the time, and these dates could well change altogether. What’s more, THS offers no information on when we can expect to see Secret Invasion, Armor Wars, What If…? season two, and I Am Groot, as they’re also believed to be dropping this year.

There’s room for error here, then, but it looks like Moon Knight fans only have a couple of more months to wait for Marc Spector’s MCU debut.
