One former NBA player is a bit surprised by James Harden’s trade request.
It’s been nearly a month since Harden requested a trade out of Philadelphia and Tracy McGrady doesn’t understand it.
“I don’t understand for the life of me what James Harden is doing. I look at the teammates he has played with. James has probably played with more Hall of Famers than anybody in the league, and he doesn’t have a ring to show for it. I don’t know what he’s looking for,” McGrady said.

Harden helped the 76ers to the second round of the NBA Playoffs this past season before they fell short again. They lost to the Boston Celtics after having a 3-2 lead in the series.
He’s hoping for a fresh start since he hasn’t been able to get over the hump in Philadelphia but he’s got to be careful.
