Pink wore a see-through banana-print bikini, and it actually works

Pink is ahem, peeling, ready to celebrate summer in style!

The 43-year-old musician stayed true to her decades-old signature style while also embracing the well-loved sheer trend as she spent the weekend soaking up the sunshine.

In a selfie shared to her Instagram platform, the Raise Your Glass singer wore a see-through bandeau-style bikini top covering her modesty with a banana print.

As someone who is always keen on championing her quirky sense of style, the mother-of-two captioned the image: “Lake weekends and a new ridiculous bathing suit.”

Addressing her second snap, in which she appeared fully nude, with some drawn-on scribbles ensuring she didn’t violate Instagram’s no-nudity policy, Pink continued: If you haven’t showered outdoors while your husband tries to scare you every five minutes you haven’t lived!!!!!! #eyerollsfordays #bananaboobies #imfun #readyfortour.”

The star, who shares daughter Willow, 11, and six-year-old son Jameson, 6, with husband Carey Hart, also added the hashtag “#embarassingmoms”. We have to disagree and say having Pink as a mother is super cool, no matter what she does!

Nonetheless, Pink looked super relaxed and content in the snaps, especially after revealing she had been on a massive health and fitness kick following the pandemic.

In a candid interview with Variety, the performer said: “Having breaks is good for my voice. Not so good for the body. Especially during COVID — I gained 36 lbs. All I did was make sourdough and then eat the sourdough. And then I had not just the hip surgery but double disc replacement in my neck.”

Now I’m the bionic woman. I’ve lost those 36 pounds, and I am stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. And I’m ready to go, and I’m ready to get the hell out of here. I’ve been home way too long,” she added.

Pink is currently relaxing following the release of her ninth studio album, Trustfall. Fans will soon see her on her upcoming Summer Carnival 2023 tour.
