REWAVE Announces Digital Music Distribution And Promotion Platform

0

REWAVE has created a new consolidated music distribution and promotion platform intended to provide artists with a relatively easy means of getting their music heard. It provides an extensive digital distribution platform that enables music artists and labels to launch their music on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Instagram Music, TIDAL, TikTok, and others.

In addition to distributing music, REWAVE also helps promote it. Artists can use personalized promotion strategies and get their new releases presented to editorial playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, and Amazon Music.

REWAVE was developed by entrepreneurs Agam Jamwal and Frangiskos Schweizer, who claim that they are transforming the realm of digital music distribution and promotion. Headquartered in Zurich, the company focuses its business on Europe, especially in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and also in Asia, mainly India.

The company is currently expanding into the Middle East, and says this demonstrates its pledge to deliver region-specific services to its global customer base.

“We built REWAVE on the principle that every artist deserves quality service and unrivaled support,” says Agam Jamwal, CEO and Co-Founder of REWAVE. “We refuse to dilute our commitment by competing in a race to the bottom over distribution costs. Artists and labels who partner with us know they’re getting a dedicated, comprehensive service that respects the value of their music.”

The company said that it has made an explicit effort to focus on quality rather than quantity. Instead of offering unlimited song distribution, REWAVE adopts a fixed-price-per-release model, which allows the company to provide top-notch support services via Instagram or email, seven days a week.

Beyond Distribution

REWAVE said that it has moved well beyond just distribution. It has established a network that links artists and labels with studios, designers, videographers, event managers, mix & master engineers, among others, bolstering opportunities for artist growth and development.

“We’re not just about distribution; we are all about creating connections,” says Frangiskos Schweizer, Co-Founder of REWAVE. “Music goes beyond mere distribution, and so do we. Through our extensive network, we’re helping artists and labels connect with industry professionals such as mix and master engineers, event managers, videographers, and more. We’re more than a distribution service, we’re a hub for opportunities, helping artists elevate their careers.”

REWAVE’s platform features a release uploading process, a release overview system, an analytics and trends feature, a thorough royalty breakdown with statistics, monthly royalty payouts, among other features. Before distribution, the company said that submissions are subjected to a stringent quality control process to ensure the highest standards are upheld.

In addition, the company said it is planning to add artificial intelligence to its mix of services.

“We’re incredibly excited about leveraging AI to further enhance our services,” said Schweizer. “AI will help us automate more features on our platform and provide an even better experience, not only in terms of distribution, but also in promotion and marketing. It’s a thrilling prospect and one we believe will continue to set REWAVE apart in this industry.”

REWAVE has worked with prominent artists such as Phonkha (1.6 million monthly Spotify listeners), Munawar Faruqui (2.4 million monthly listeners), Panther (220k monthly listeners), as well as promising newcomers Yung Galaxie, Nik, and Zind.
