Fierce fighting for the town continues. Kyrylenko said Russian troops suffered great losses there and the land is literally covered with Wagner group or regular Russian armed forces troops. “Soledar is under the control of the Ukrainian authorities and our military controls it. However, there are both city battles and battles outside as (the) enemy intends to advance simultaneously in several directions.”

In a conversation with the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, I thanked for the decisions that will not only strengthen us on the battlefield, but also send the right signal to other partners,” was Zelesnkyy’s media response to the news.
