Stephen A. Smith is always open to expressing his opinion.

That’s why the ESPN personality is one of the most famous figures in sports media.

While speaking on his podcast “The Stephen A. Smith Show,” he explained his problem with former ESPN coworker Dan Le Batard but made it known the two are still cool.

“Dan Le Batard was talking, and I didn’t like some of the s–t he was saying,” Smith said. “I particularly didn’t like him constantly bringing up ESPN and b–ching all the time about ESPN.

“Because I’m just one of those dudes that if a place is good enough for you to collect a check from for years, why are you maligning it every chance you get the second you went? I just think that’s bush league.”

Smith, 55, made some excellent points about why he had issues with Dan Le Batard’s previous comments about the network. But it’s good to hear their disagreement didn’t affect their relationship.
