KATE MIDDLETON’S FITNESS REGIME
When it comes to staying fit, there is no one-size-fits-all method.
Most people hit the gym three to four times per week, others exercise at home, and some like to take walks.
The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, has a completely different take on fitness, however. Or maybe it’s good genes…
She stays in shape by simply running around after her three children!
The princess is mom to Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4.
During a recent reception for the England Wheelchair Rugby League team in Hampton Court Palace, the princess revealed that the family shares a love of sport, Glamour UK reported.
“We’re always slightly competitive with each other. They all love sport and Louis is mad about rugby,” the 41-year-old told the Mirror.
TAKING CARE OF ROYAL KIDS IS GOOD EXERCISE
The princess explained that spending time with her children keeps her in such good shape.
“They are at an age where they just love running around,” she told the Mirror.
“It’s running around after the children – I do it all, whenever I can squeeze in exercise I do, even jumping on the trampoline with my children before school,” she added.
Kate has been known as a keen runner. Mike Tindall, a former English rugby player, even once described her as an “engine” because “she loves running, she can run all day”.
Since the family moved out of Windsor in London to Adelaide Cottage on the Windsor Castle estate last year, the royal kids have lots of space to run around.
The cottage was built in 1831 and has four rooms in total.
Kate and Prince William’s neighbours include Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, who live in the Royal Lodge on the estate, and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, who live with their one-year-old son August in Frogmore Cottage, according to Glamour UK.
