Georgina Rodriguez and Cristiano Ronaldo are starring in the new Netflix docuseries, I Am Georgina. The series gives insight into Georgina’s personal life, with her children, friends and partner at the forefront. Ronaldo opened up about the age gap between himself and the love of his life.

I Am Georgina is already proving popular as it is the first time the partner of one of the most successful footballers in the world has been in the spotlight.
She candidly discusses her life as a mother, influencer, businesswoman and partner to Ronaldo.
The star opened up about how she found true happiness and built a life based on love with the footballer.
In the first episode, Ronaldo and Rodriguez revealed how they met when she was working for Gucci.
Ronaldo was a client and the more he bumped into Georgina, the more he fell for her.

In the first episode of the series, he said the age gap between the pair kept things interesting.
He said: “She was a really attractive girl, very mature for her age really.
“I’m a bit older than her, I was hooked by that. I was becoming interested.”
Georgina is 28 years old and was born in January 1994.
Ronaldo is 36 years old and was born in February 1985, meaning there is an eight-year age gap between them.
But instead, they prefer to go home and spend time with their children, eat and rest.
Ronaldo explained how football “takes over your life”. He added: “People can say ‘players earn so much money’ and so on.
“But in reality, our life is very limited. Really limited, as I’m totally dedicated to keeping myself in shape.
“Physically and mentally, I go that bit further. It’s not just about a day’s training.”
Georgina makes sure her partner spends time with their children and regularly contacts him whilst he is away.
To the pair, family is everything and they always ensure love comes first.
The star is engaged to Ronaldo and they have discussed the idea of marriage many times.
For now, the couple remain happy with their family situation and dedicate all their spare time to each other.
