Hipcamp is looking for a proper outdoor person to fulfill the role of a lifetime, and the best news is that anyone can apply.

Boasting celebs like Jay Z as investors, the company is on the hunt for a Brit with a passion for exploring the great outdoors to camp and glamp the length and breadth of the country.

If discovering, reviewing and sharing Hipcamp’s most unique and beautiful UK stays sounds like something you could see yourself doing, this one might be for you.

The lucky winning candidate will receive a summer salary of £15,000, as well as a daily stipend and complimentary stays at 15 of Hipcamp’s best camping and glamping sites for the duration of the 30-day journey. 

Hipcamp CEO Alyssa Ravasio says: “It’s no secret that since the pandemic, more Brits than ever are choosing to holiday at home rather than travel abroad.

The ideal candidate is creative with technical and camera skills, and of course, loves the outdoors.

After that it’s out of your hands and over to the British public to vote for their favourite. 

The top 6 entries will be announced as contest finalists on July 5, 2022, then voting for finalists officially closes July 19, 2022.
