NEW DELHI: Virat Kohli is a known fitness freak and the star India batter time and again shares glimpses of his fitness routine on social media with his fans.
Ahead of the second Test against the West Indies, the former India skipper shared another video of his gym session on Instagram where he could be seen doing squats along with a dumbbell.
“My go to exercise for mobility plus strength? Goblet squats,” his post read.

Kohli looked at his best in the first Test of India’s tour of the West Indies. He contributed 76 runs with his bat on a surface that was best suited for the spinners.
India handed the West Indies a crushing innings and 141 run defeat inside three days of the first Test at Windsor Park in Roseau.
Ravichandran Ashwin had claimed 5-60 to help skittle out West Indies for 150 in the first innings on a slow, turning track.
India amassed 421-5 in reply before declaring their first innings with debutant Yashasvi Jaiswal (171), skipper Rohit Sharma (103) and scoring bulk of their runs.

Having conceded a lead of 271, West Indies did even worse in their second innings when they were bundled out for 130.
Ashwin was the wrecker-in-chief again, claiming 7-71 even though team mate Jaiswal was adjudged player-of-the-match.
